What are the RIMOWA Holiday Closures?
Please be advised our warehouse will be closed on the following days in observance of the holidays:
• Thursday – 11/28/2024
• Wednesday – 12/25/2024 to Sunday – 12/29/2024
• Wednesday – 1/1/2025

Your order will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email to track your order.
Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?

RIMOWA.com offers the following delivery options :

STANDARD:

Receive your order within 3 – 5 business days after it is shipped. Complimentary for orders $300 and above, $5 for orders under $300.

EXPRESS:

Delivery within 1-2 business days after the order is shipped. $35 for all orders.

CLICK & COLLECT:

Collect your order from the RIMOWA store of your choice. Ready for pickup within 2 hours of receiving your order confirmation, during business hours.

STORE TO WEB:

Order in-store and have it delivered to your preferred address with standard or express delivery options.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

Signature required upon delivery, for orders $300 and over.

Note that after shipping, it is not possible to modify the shipping address.

RIMOWA does not ship to PO Boxes.

Can I purchase online and pick-up my order in store?

Yes, RIMOWA offers the option to pick up your order in-store. During checkout, select "Pickup" and choose your preferred store.

You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready for pick up. To collect your order, bring:

  • Your government-issued ID or driver's license
  • The confirmation email (printed or on your phone)

If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, please:

  • Enter their contact details during checkout
  • Ensure the person collecting the order brings a valid government-issued ID

Your order will be available for pick up for 10 days from the date and time of confirmation. If your order is not collected during this time, your order will be canceled, and you will be refunded.

Please note that the return policy for Click & Collect orders require returns to be processed at the store where the item was collected. Returns must be processed to the same credit card used to place your order.

How do I track my package?

Track your order status by logging into your RIMOWA account.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, allowing you to check the delivery status on our tracking page.

Can I order in store and have it delivered to my home (Store to web)?

RIMOWA offers a Store to Web service, allowing you to order directly in-store and have the item(s) delivered to your preferred address. Please visit our "Store Locator" or contact your store for availability and more information.

Is it possible to obtain a tax refund with Click & Collect and in-store purchases followed by delivery (Store to web)?
Our tax-free policy applies only to in-store purchases. Online purchases, including delivery or in-store pickup, are not eligible for tax refunds, even for foreign visitors.
Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?
Gift-wrapping is available in-store, but not yet for online orders.
Is Click & Collect available for all items?
Most items are eligible for in-store collection. However, availability may vary, and some items might not be eligible at the time of your order. This will be indicated on each product when you place your order.
