No, unfortunately our aluminum iPhone cases do not currently support wireless charging. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we are pleased to inform that our Polycarbonates Cases support this function.

Can the RIMOWA Ownership Certificate be printed out?

Your RIMOWA Ownership Certificate is digital only, safely stored in your iPhone's Apple wallet.

What is a RIMOWA Ownership Certificate?

Only available for suitcases purchased from January 1st, 2023 onwards, your RIMOWA Ownership Certificate is accessible on your iPhone anywhere in the world. It is a unique digital identity card for your RIMOWA suitcase, thanks to the information stored on the Aura Blockchain Consortium Platform.

How can I get my RIMOWA Ownership Certificate?

Any current owner of a RIMOWA suitcase equipped with an NFC tag who owns an iPhone can get their RIMOWA Ownership Certificate. This is the case for all suitcases purchased from January 1st, 2023 onwards.

You can retrieve it by scanning the NFC tag on your suitcase. After the suitcase registration process, you will be able to get your digital RIMOWA Ownership Certificate by clicking on the GET MY CERTIFICATE button and store it directly on your digital wallet by clicking on ADD TO WALLET.

If you have previously registered your suitcase, you can still get your RIMOWA Ownership Certificate by scanning your suitcase's NFC tag.

As of date, this service is unfortunately unavailable on Android phones.

Serial Number

Do all RIMOWA Items have a serial number?

A serial number is present on all our suitcases as well as on specialties, Personal collections, and aluminium iPhone cases.
