How to Order

  • POD payments will only be accepted when products are delivered to the purchaser themselves.
  • POD payments will only be accepted for purchases up to the value of 300,000 yen (consumption tax included).

  • Orders placed with the “Pick Up in Store” delivery option cannot be paid via POD

Payment due date

  • The due date for credit card payments depends on the cut-off date and terms of the credit card being used. Please contact your card company for details.
  • POD payments shall be made to the courier upon delivery of the product to the purchaser.

Delivery

  • Products can only be delivered to addresses in Japan.
  • Products will be delivered within 3 to 10 days of receiving your order (excluding public holidays, New Year holidays and RIMOWA’s designated non-operation days). Delivery may require up to 2 extra days if we're shipping the items from one of our stores.
  • Please understand we cannot deliver within the above timeframe if the product you have purchased is not in stock or sold out.
  • Please contact RIMOWA Customer Care if your product has not arrived within 10 days of placing the order.
  • Even if you designate the delivery day and time, the delivery may be delayed due to traffic conditions, the location of your home, etc.

Returns

  • Products purchased on this online store can be returned in accordance with the below policy.
  • Products purchased on RIMOWA online store which are found to have defects may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they have not been used and if the product tag or other accessories remain intact. In such instances, RIMOWA will cover the postage fee involved in returning the product.
  • Products purchased on this online store may be returned within 14 days of delivery even if they are free of defects under the conditions that they have not been used and the product tag or other accessories remain intact.
