To process a return for online purchases, connect to your MY RIMOWA account and declare your return.
After confirming the product you wish to return from your "Order History" and selecting "Return Product", you will receive an email with details on how to return the product.
Please return the item(s) with the necessary information to the address indicated in the email by cash on delivery.
Make sure the product is unused, undamaged, and complete with all included items, and pack it in the same box it was delivered in.
Once your return is received by our team, you will receive a "Notice of Returned Product Receipt" via email.
Your return will be refunded within 2 to 7 working days from the date the return is validated by the RIMOWA team.
Limited editions
RIMOWA accepts returns of limited editions (special offers which are limited in time such as RIMOWA brand collaborations) within 14 days from receiving the merchandise for a full refund, under the condition that the merchandise is complete, unused, and undamaged.
Personalised tags
Please, note that customised tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase and should be reflected approximately within 7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your financial institution. If you paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made to your bank account.
