Can I ask for an exchange?

If you would like to exchange your product, you will need to process a return and order a new one.

You can return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Products should be returned unused, undamaged, and packaged in their original boxes.

For online purchases, we can only accept return shipments from the same country/region to which they were delivered.

You can return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returns are complimentary, please send by cash on delivery.

For online purchases, we can only accept return shipments from the same country/region to which they were delivered. For store purchases, please visit your RIMOWA store to return your product(s),please have your purchase receipt ready and contact the store directly.

 

To process a return for online purchases, connect to your MY RIMOWA account and declare your return.

After confirming the product you wish to return from your "Order History" and selecting "Return Product", you will receive an email with details on how to return the product.

Please return the item(s) with the necessary information to the address indicated in the email by cash on delivery.

Make sure the product is unused, undamaged, and complete with all included items, and pack it in the same box it was delivered in.

Once your return is received by our team, you will receive a "Notice of Returned Product Receipt" via email.

Your return will be refunded within 2 to 7 working days from the date the return is validated by the RIMOWA team.

 

Limited editions

RIMOWA accepts returns of limited editions (special offers which are limited in time such as RIMOWA brand collaborations) within 14 days from receiving the merchandise for a full refund, under the condition that the merchandise is complete, unused, and undamaged.

Personalised tags

Please, note that customised tags cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I return an item that I bought online to a RIMOWA store?
Currently, you are unable to return merchandise purchased online at one of our RIMOWA stores. To return your order, please box the product in its original box and send it back via freight collect slip.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase and should be reflected approximately within 7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your financial institution. If you paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be made to your bank account. Is it possible to be refunded on another payment method?
