Before finishing your purchase, pay attention to our policies and to the deadlines to confirm the payment that is up to 72 business hours for credit card or 2 business hours for PIX.

The delivery estimate should be counted from the payment confirmation onwards, and the customer will receive updates on the status of their delivery via SMS and email, as long as they are included in the order. It is also possible to check the status in “My Account” on the website.

The delivery deadline may vary according to the delivery location and availability of the product, as well as there might happen delays due to external factors and/or natural factors.

At the moment the order is finished, double check if the postal code and all data are correct and pay attention to the deadline to receive your product.

The delivery may be concluded by third parties, such as doormen or whoever might be at the address placed in the order, as long as they sign the delivery receipt and the client takes responsibility for the receiver, that means, one that has the ability to receive.

There will be 3 attempts of delivery at the chosen postal code. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the product will return to the logistics center, the client is subjected to additional delivery fees for a new delivery order. Therefore, pay attention to the chosen place and if a third party delivery is permitted.   

The shipping fee is free of charge for purchases above R$1.000,00, according to the type of logistical delivery chosen and shown as “Free” before the placement of the order. The estimated delivery deadline will also be shown before placing the order and before the delivery option.

Art. 14. The carrier must allow a minimum allowance of 10 (ten) kilos of carry on bag allowance per passenger following piece and size limitation according to the terms of carrier.

 § 1º The baggage as a carry on inside the cabin is considered under the responsibility of the passenger.

 § 2º The carrier may restraining the weight and contests of the carry on bag for security and capacity of the aircraft.

To verify the carry on allowance, given in art. 14, contact the airline of your choice to obtain specific informations about the measurements and possible restrictions of baggage.
