The following applies when purchasing a RIMOWA Classic from July 25, 2022, with UNIQUE accessories (wheels, handles, luggage tag): the Classic suitcase itself is covered by our lifetime guarantee. For the UNIQUE accessories, we offer a two-year manufacturer's guarantee from the date of purchase. If - after the two-year guarantee has expired - a repair or replacement of these UNIQUE parts is required under the suitcase's lifetime guarantee, they will be replaced with standard spare parts. For your convenience, this product will come assembled. Please be advised that your customized choices will replace the original wheels, handles, and luggage tags. These original components will not be included in your order.

To claim our guarantee, we invite you to immediately inform RIMOWA of any defect within the guarantee period.

Please contact our Client Care Service, or you can also visit the nearest store to hand over or send the product. The completed certificate of guarantee or original proof of purchase will be requested.

RIMOWA will determine whether the defect is covered by the guarantee. If this is the case, RIMOWA will repair or replace the product and RIMOWA will also cover the costs incurred, including the return shipment.

The sending costs are borne by the purchaser.

If you wish to exchange your product for the same product in a different color, please contact our Client Services team within 30 days of your purchase. Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and packaged in its original boxes.

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or collection, you will need to initiate a return and create a new order.

Currently, it is not possible to return merchandise purchased online at one of our RIMOWA stores. To initiate a return, please package the product in its original box and use the prepaid UPS label, which can be generated in your account. Please refer to "How do I return am item?" for all return requirements.

You have the option to modify or cancel your order before it has shipped by contacting our Client Service team. Your item can only be changed to a different item at the same or lower price than the original item.

Please note that once your order has shipped, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it, and we cannot make any shipping address modifications. However, you may process a return and place a new order.

• Clean using a damp cloth and a normal neutral detergent and dry with a soft clean cloth.
• Avoid the use of solvents such as alcohol and acetone or harsh chemical detergents that may damage the eyewear.
• When not in use, sunglasses should be kept in their case and stored at a temperature between -10°C and +35°C.
• Avoid exposure to sunlight in closed non-airconditioned environments (e.g. on a car dashboard) as the temperatures reached in these conditions may damage the eyewear and adversely affect its functionality.
• If the sun lenses suffer any wear and tear, becoming scratched or opaque, for example, we recommend replacing them with original spare parts."
