Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?

RIMOWA.com offers the following delivery options:

Canada

DHL EXPRESS:

Delivery within 2 – 3 business day after the order is shipped 

$10 CAD for orders under $300 CAD

$25 CAD for orders $300 CAD and over Free for orders $1,600 CAD and over

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including the tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

Upon delivery, please make sure that the parcel is not damaged in any way.

Please note that once your order is shipped, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.

Mexico

DHL EXPRESS:

Delivery within 2 – 3 business day after the order is shipped

For orders under Mex$6,000, flat fee of Mex$400

For orders Mex$6,000 and above, flat fee of Mex$1,000

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including the tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

Upon delivery, please make sure that the parcel is not damaged in any way.

Please note that once your order is shipped, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.

Can I purchase online and pick-up my order in store?
Unfortunately, this service is not yet available.
How do I track my parcel?

Track your order status by logging into your RIMOWA Account.

Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to check the delivery status directly on our tracking page.

Can I order in store and have it delivered to my home (Store to web)?

RIMOWA offers a Store to Web service, allowing you to order directly in-store and have it delivered to your preferred address. Delivery options and payment terms are the same as online orders. Check our "Store Locator" or contact your store for availability.

Is it possible to obtain a tax refund with Click & Collect and in-store purchases followed by delivery (Store to web)?
Our tax-free policy applies only to in-store purchases. Online purchases, including delivery or in-store pickup, are not eligible for tax refunds, even for foreign visitors.
Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?
Gift-wrapping is available in-store, but not yet for online orders.
Is Click & Collect available for all items?
Most items are eligible for in-store collection. However, availability may vary, and some items might not be eligible at the time of your order. This will be indicated on each product when you place your order.
