You will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes containing all information related to your order. You will also receive another email when your order is shipped.

On mobile, you can find this button at the bottom of the menu. Please note that the delivery address needs to correspond to the country/region selected in the "Ship to" option.

You have the option to modify or cancel your order before it has shipped by contacting our Client Service team. Your item can only be changed to a different item at the same or lower price than the original item.
Please note that once your order has shipped, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it, and we cannot make any shipping address modifications. However, you may process a return and place a new order.
You can always check the status of your order by logging in to your RIMOWA account. Please note that, following a purchase, it may take few minutes for the order to be displayed in your RIMOWA account.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a shipment notification which will allow you to check your delivery status online.
