What is RIMOWA’s return policy?
Except where indicated for certain special promotions, you are entitled to return all products within 30 days of receiving the merchandise for full reimbursement or exchange, provided the merchandise is complete, unused and undamaged.
No returns: Personalized luggage tags on which text and/or symbols selected by you have been embossed are excluded from your right to return your merchandise.
Limited editions: RIMOWA accepts the returns of limited editions (special offers which are limited in time such as RIMOWA brand collaborations) within 14 days from receiving the merchandise for a full refund, under the condition that the merchandise is complete, unused and undamaged. RIMOWA only accepts return shipments from the same country to which the merchandise has been delivered.
In order to initiate a return, please either:
1. Create a new RIMOWA account or log in to your existing account to process your returns online.
2. Email our customer service team at contact_AE@rimowa.com and be sure to include your order number.

Please provide your order number to one of our associates and from there we will be able to send you a free return shipping label.
We wish to draw your attention to the fact that we can only accept return shipments from the same country to which they were delivered. In other words, if your order was shipped to United Arab Emirates, any returned merchandise must be shipped back from the United Arab Emirates.
Reimbursement of purchase price
Please note that there may be a period of 10 to 14 days between receipt of the returned merchandise and reimbursement of the purchase price. Once we receive your return shipment, we will inform you by e-mail that the merchandise has been received and how much your account or credit card will be credited.
Should there be any discrepancy between the recipient of the merchandise indicated in the order and the purchaser of the merchandise, the purchase price of the returned merchandise will be reimbursed to the purchaser and holder of the credit card or account used for the purchase. The sum will be reimbursed in the same currency as the purchase. Any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
