Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?
RIMOWA.com offers free shipment across India.
Depending on your region, the delivery can take from 3 to 6 days after the order is shipped.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including the tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.
Upon delivery, please make sure that the parcel is not damaged in any way.
Please note that once your order is shipped, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
How do I track my parcel?
You can track your order status by logging into your RIMOWA Account.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation from RIMOWA by email, along with the tracking number. This tracking number will enable you to check the delivery status of your order directly on the carrier's website.
If you placed your order as a guest, you can track your order by creating an account on RIMOWA.com or by using the tracking number sent in the shipping confirmation email.
Are there any shipping restrictions ?
In India, RIMOWA does not ship to PO Boxes.
