A Journey Through Tiny Wonders

Osaka-based miniature artist Tomo Tanaka has crafted extraordinary miniature renditions of the RIMOWA Original Cabin and RIMOWA Original Bag, exclusively for RIMOWA.

Tanaka's journey to becoming a world-renowned miniature artist is as unique as his creations. After a career in diverse fields, his talent for creating intricate miniatures blossomed, leading to a remarkable 25-year career. For this special project, Tanaka meticulously dedicated himself to recreating the RIMOWA icons, paying close attention to the materials, colors, and every minute detail. The resulting miniatures, scaled to one-tenth of the original size, fit perfectly in the palm of your hand. Though incredibly small, the RIMOWA Original Cabin and RIMOWA Original Bag miniatures showcase exceptional craftsmanship, mirroring the iconic design with incredible precision.

In celebration of this collaboration, RIMOWA has released original content on TikTok, and RIMOWA Store Shinsaibashi previously hosted an exhibition of the miniature pieces created by Tanaka.

Now, we're excited to announce the second exhibition, taking place at RIMOWA Store Omotesando from July 26th to August 31st, 2025.
