Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?

RIMOWA.com offers the following delivery option:

STANDARD:

Delivery within 1 – 4 business days after the order is shipped for deliveries to New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland & Southern Australia. For deliveries to Tasmania, Western Australia, Northern Territory or other rural areas, please allow up to 4 - 7 business days.

Complimentary for orders above $465

Flat $10 delivery fees for orders below $465

Flat $3 for orders below $100

CLICK & COLLECT:

Collect your order from the store of your choice within 2 hours of confirmation.

STORE TO WEB:

Order in-store and have it delivered to your preferred address with standard or express delivery options.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.

Upon delivery, please make sure that the parcel is not damaged in any way.

Please note that after shipping, it is not possible to modify the shipping address. RIMOWA does not ship to PO Boxes.

Can I purchase online and pick-up my order in store?

Yes, RIMOWA offers the option to pick up your order in-store. During checkout, select "Pickup" and choose your preferred store.

You will receive an e-mail when your order is ready for pick up. To collect your order, bring:

  • Your ID or driver's license
  • The shipping confirmation email (printed or on your phone)

If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, please follow these steps:

  • Enter their contact details during checkout
  • The person must bring a valid ID

Your order will be available for pick up for 10 days from the date and time of confirmation. If not collected, your order will be canceled, and you will be refunded.

Please note that the return policy for Click & Collect orders requires returns to be processed at the store where the item was collected using the same credit card for payment.

How do I track my parcel?

You can track the status of your order by logging into your RIMOWA account.

Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to check the delivery status directly on our tracking page.

Can I order in store and have it delivered to my home (Store to web)?

RIMOWA offers a Store to Web service, allowing you to order directly in-store and have it delivered to your preferred address. Delivery options and payment terms are the same as online orders. Check our "Store Locator" or contact your store for availability.

Is it possible to obtain a tax refund with Click & Collect and in-store purchases followed by delivery (Store to web)?

To receive a tax refund, please check your eligibility for the Tourist Refund Scheme (TRS) via the official Australian Border Force website.

Please note that the order billing details must match the passport details of the TRS claimant.

Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?
Gift-wrapping is available in-store, but not yet for online orders.
Is Click & Collect available for all items?
Most items are eligible for in-store collection. However, availability may vary, and some items might not be eligible at the time of your order. This will be indicated on each product when you place your order.
