Where can I buy a RIMOWA classic suitcase and customise it?
RIMOWA UNIQUE service is available at select stores and online.
I already own a Classic, can I personalise it?
If you already own a Classic suitcase, you are able to customise it using the available accessories which can be found in store and on RIMOWA.com in the accessories section.
Handles, however, cannot be purchased separately online as they require professional installation by our RIMOWA experts.

How can I check the availability of an item in store?
If you would like to check the availability of a RIMOWA product at one of our stores, we invite you to visit the desired product page and click on the "Find a store" button. You will be redirected to our store locator, which will show you nearby stores that have the item in stock. Please note that in the meantime, the product you are checking might be sold to a client in the store.

Only available for suitcases purchased from January 1st, 2023 onwards, your RIMOWA Ownership Certificate is accessible anywhere in the world. It is a unique digital identity card for your RIMOWA suitcase, thanks to the information stored on the Aura Blockchain Consortium Platform.
