What is RIMOWA’s return policy?
Except where indicated for certain special promotions, you are entitled to return all products within 7 days of receiving the merchandise for exchange, provided the merchandise is complete, unused and undamaged.
Please note that select products, such as luggage tags, are unable to be returned when hot-stamped, purchased individually or in addition to a suitcase.
In order to initiate a return, you can:
1. Create a new RIMOWA account or log in to your existing account to process your returns online.
2. Call our customer service center at the number which suits you best and provide our associate with your order number. You will then be provided with a free return shipping label.
3. Email our customer service team at contact@rimowa.com and be sure to include your order number.
We wish to draw your attention to the fact that we can only accept return shipments from the same country to which they were delivered. For instance, if your order was shipped to France, any returned merchandise must be shipped back from France.
