How can I check the availability of an item in store?

If you would like to check the availability of a RIMOWA product at one of our stores, we invite you to visit the desired product page and click on the "Find a store" button. You will be redirected to our store locator, which will show you nearby stores that have the item in stock. Please note that in the meantime, the product you are checking might be sold to a client in the store.

Online Purchase

What is the current status of my order?

You can always check the status of your order by logging in to your RIMOWA account. Please note that, following a purchase, it may take few minutes for the order to be displayed in your RIMOWA account.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a shipment notification which will allow you to check your delivery status online.

How do I place an order online?

Start shopping with us by using your preferred delivery country on the top of our website "SHIP TO". Shop by category – from luggage to accessories – to select your item. Click “purchase” to add the item to your cart and proceed to check out. You can also search for your preferred item by using our search function. Choose to place your order as either a guest or sign into your RIMOWA account for a speedier, more efficient check out. To complete your purchase, enter your data including shipping and billing address, preferred delivery (express or standard), and agree to the terms & conditions. RIMOWA Packing Cubes are a flexible organization system that can easily accommodate multiple configurations tailored to your individual needs. One such example for the RIMOWA Check-In L would be: three Packing Cube L, five Packing Cube M, and five Packing Cube S.

How do I track my parcel?

Track your order status by logging into your RIMOWA Account.

Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to check the delivery status directly on our tracking page.

Can I order in store and have it delivered to my home (Store to web)?

RIMOWA offers a Store to Web service, allowing you to order directly in-store and have it delivered to your preferred address. Delivery options and payment terms are the same as online orders. Check our "Store Locator" or contact your store for availability.
