We process the information provided above and your order history (e.g. purchase dates and locations, prices, products or repair and warranty claims) for our own marketing purposes, i.e. analysing the information in order to send you product information, surveys and invitations based on your individual preferences and, in individual cases, pass them on to our subsidiaries (RIMOWA GmbH, Germany, RIMOWA CZ spol. sr.o., RIMOWA Spain S.L.U., RIMOWA France Sarl., RIMOWA Netherlands B.V, RIMOWA Electronic Tag GmbH, RIMOWA Great Britain Limited, RIMOWA Austria GmbH, RIMOWA Italy Srl, RIMOWA Schweiz AG, RIMOWA GmbH & Co. Storage period: We and the aforementioned companies of the RIMOWA Group store your personal data for as long as we need them for the respective purpose (e.g. order history until the expiry of statutory retention periods). Data that we have collected only for advertising purposes will be deleted as soon as you withdraw your consent. If we still need data to prove that we were allowed to use your data for advertising purposes in the past, we will keep this information for this purpose for [e.g. two] years in order to be able to provide this proof. Such data will, of course, no longer be used for advertising purposes during this period.

Your rights: You have a right of access regarding the data stored about you, to correction of incorrect data, to data portability and in the event of withdrawal of your consent or, if your data are no longer required for advertising purposes, to deletion or blocking/restriction of processing of the corresponding data. You furthermore have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
