Where can I find my invoice?

Your invoice will be sent directly to you by email as soon as your order is shipped.

You will be able to retrieve your invoice at any time in your RIMOWA account under the “MY ORDERS” section.

If you are looking for a lost invoice, you may contact our Client Service for assitance.

Is it possible to modify my contact details on the invoice?

Once the order has been processed, your invoice can no longer be modified. If your require any assistance, please contact our Client Service.

Why my Payment has been declined?

If you receive notification that your credit or debit card or other payment method, has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider. Before doing so, please ensure that:

  • The card details or payment information entered are correct. For instance, your 16 digit code is correct and the selected card type.
  • The 3 or 4 digit security number is correct.
  • Your credit card has not expired.

If you have another payment method, we invite you to try a different one. If you would like further assistance, please contact us.
