Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?
RIMOWA.com offers the following delivery options:
- STANDARD
Receive your order within 4 – 6 business days after it is shipped. Complimentary for orders above 250€
- CLICK & COLLECT
Collect your order from the store of your choice within 2 hours of confirmation.
- STORE TO WEB
Order in-store and have it delivered to your preferred address with standard or express delivery options.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.
Upon delivery, please make sure that the parcel is not damaged in any way.
Not that after shipping, it is not possible to modify the shipping address. RIMOWA does not ship to PO Boxes.
Can I purchase online and pick-up my order in store?
Unfortunately, this service is not yet available.
How do I track my parcel?
Track your order status by logging into your RIMOWA Account.
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to check the delivery status directly on our tracking page.
