Registering your RIMOWA is simple. Just set up a RIMOWA account, complete the online form specifying your personal data, and enter your RIMOWA's unique serial number. You will find your RIMOWA's serial number on the outside frame of your suitcase.

From the date of delivery, you have 30 days to return your item(s). Products should be returned unused, undamaged, and packaged in their original boxes. All our returns are free of charge using our prepaid return label. Refunds will take between 10 - 14 working days from the date of the receipt of your item at our warehouse.
