STEP 1/4
Prepare your set-up
Gather the RIMOWA Aluminium and Polycarbonate Care Cream, 3 clean soft cloths, and a small bowl with warm water (40°C max).
STEP 2/4
Remove dust and dirt
Gently remove dust and dirt from your suitcase using 1 clean soft cloth.
STEP 3/4
Spot clean your suitcase
Apply a small amount of the cream on another clean soft cloth. Gently dab it onto the affected area and rub in a circular motion until all traces are removed.
STEP 4/4
Remove excess and let dry
Use the remaining clean soft cloth dampened with warm water to wipe away any excess cream. Wash hands after application.
The RIMOWA Care Cream can be safely used for all our aluminium and polycarbonate bags of our collection.

How to remove stickers
Should you wish to remove stickers from your case, such as airline bag tags, you can use the RIMOWA Aluminium & Polycarbonate Care Cream for gentle spot cleaning.
STEP 1/5
Prepare your set-up
Gather the RIMOWA Aluminum and Polycarbonate Care Cream, a plastic card, 3 clean soft cloths and a small bowl with warm water (40°C max).
STEP 2/5
Remove dust and dirt
Gently remove dust and dirt from your suitcase using 1 clean soft cloth.
STEP 3/5
Remove unwanted stickers
Gently remove the sticker with a plastic card. A few traces of glue may remain visible.
STEP 4/5
Spot clean your suitcase
To remove stubborn glue residue, apply a small amount of the cream on another clean soft cloth. Gently dab it onto the affected area and rub in a circular motion until all traces are removed.

Remove excess and let dry
Use the remaining clean soft cloth dampened with warm water to wipe away any excess cream. Wash hands after application.
We do not recommend using abrasive products such as bleach, ammonia, acetone, or scouring pads on your RIMOWA products.
These items can damage the surface and compromise the integrity of the material.
Interior cleaning
Dust & Particles:
Remove the Flex Divider and strap, and open the zipped compartments. Carefully vacuum the interior using the soft brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner.
Stains:
If liquid is spilled on the case lining, promptly dab the affected area and clean it with a clean, soft cloth dampened with warm water.

Cleanse and nourish the leather
Spray a small amount of the formula on another clean soft cloth. Gently dab it onto the affected area and rub in a circular motion until the marks are reduced or no longer visible.
STEP 4/4
Remove excess and let dry
Use the remaining clean soft cloth to wipe away any excess. Wash hands after application.
Please be aware that this care product does not recolour the leather and some stubborn stains may still be visible.
