RIMOWA UNIQUE is a customisation service specially designed to add a personal touch to your RIMOWA Classic or Original suitcase.

Discover how to make your RIMOWA suitcase unique by visiting the online configurator or enquiring about customisation options at your nearest RIMOWA store.

To customise your suitcase online, access RIMOWA UNIQUE here. You will have access to a range of colourful options for wheels, handles, and luggage tags.

The following applies when purchasing a RIMOWA Classic or Original from 25 July 2022 onward with UNIQUE accessories (wheels, handles, luggage tag): the Classic or Original suitcase itself is covered by our lifetime guarantee. For the UNIQUE accessories, we offer a two-year manufacturer's guarantee from the date of purchase. If, after the two-year guarantee has expired, a repair or replacement of these UNIQUE parts is required under the suitcase's lifetime guarantee, they will be replaced with standard spare parts. This ensures that your suitcase remains functional, even if the customised elements are not covered by the lifetime guarantee. Customise your Classic or Original suitcase here.

For your convenience, this product will arrive pre-assembled. Please be advised that your customised choices will replace the original wheels, handles, and luggage tag. These original components will not be included in your order.

RIMOWA UNIQUE is dedicated to the Classic and Original collections, allowing you to perfectly colour-match the signature elements of these timeless ranges, including the handles, wheels, and leather luggage tag.

Use the online configurator to customise your own RIMOWA Classic or RIMOWA Original here, or visit us in-store.

For all other suitcase ranges, you can personalise the luggage tag with your initials and select different wheels.

If you already own a Classic or an Original suitcase, you can customise it using the available accessories, which can be found in-store and in the accessories section on RIMOWA.com.

Handles, however, cannot be purchased separately online, as they require professional installation by our RIMOWA experts.

Our cut-to-size belt strap can be trimmed to your desired length to perfectly fit your waist.

1. Release the clamp closure to remove the leather strap from the buckle.
2. Measure your leather strap from the third hole to the end of the buckle based on your waist size. (Use our belt size matching guide below for guidance.)
   
3. Use sharp scissors (or leather shears) to cut straight across the strap at your chosen point.
4. Reattach the buckle using the clamp closure, atop the trimmed edge for a seamless and refined finish.

If you would like further assistance contact us. Please note that any RIMOWA Belt that has been cut to size cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

If you are travelling by plane, the maximum weight for any occupied pet carrier is 8kg. This means your pet should weigh no more than 6.8kg.

Permitted pet carrier dimensions vary by airline. Please contact your airline directly for specific restrictions regarding soft-sided pet carriers.

MYKITA frames are engineered from high-quality materials, designed to stand the test of time. Each pair comes with a microfibre cloth for easy cleaning and a hard case for safe storage.

We advise you to keep your eyewear cool, dry, and protected. Avoid exposure to extreme heat or concentrated sunlight, such as on a car dashboard. Wipe down regularly with your cloth, avoiding harsh cleaners, alcohol-based solvents or running water. Use a microfibre cloth for cleaning lenses. The cloth is machine washable at 30°C.

• Important: Saltwater can damage lenses – after exposure, rinse with fresh water before drying with the cloth.
• Lenses are scratch-resistant but should be handled with care.
• For a more thorough clean, visit a MYKITA store or selected retailer.

Each pair comes with a 2-year warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing or material defects but does not include damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear.

Yes. All lenses offer 100% UV protection, shielding your vision and delicate eye area from harmful rays.

The following models can be glazed: MR001, MR002, MR003.

For prescription lenses, please visit a MYKITA retail store or an official MYKITA | RIMOWA partner optician.

All sunglasses in the collection are individually adjustable. If you visit a RIMOWA store, staff are trained to perform basic adjustments to ensure a well-balanced and comfortable fit, and we would direct you to a MYKITA store for more significant adjustments or prescription lenses. HARNESS ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place the open harness on the suitcase. Ensure that the top straps sit beside the top handle.
2. Clip the right-hand-side straps together.
3. Repeat the process with the straps on the left side.
4. Pass the straps under the handle and secure to your suitcase.
